These photos are from the motor vehicle incident that occured 16/04/14 at about 3 PM in the vicinity of 120 East Point Road.Two island residents were involved in this front end collision. Both sustained injuries and were evacuated to hospital by BC Air Ambulance. Saturna Island Rescue and Saturna Island VFD worked together on this incident to achieve a positive outcome. The Jaws of Life, donated by the Saturna Lions to the Fire Department, was brought out for this call.
